Turkmenistan and Tunisia intend to expand bilateral cooperation

On April 29, 2019, a meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Tunisian Republic in Turkmenistan (with residence in Moscow) Mohammed Ali Sheehi was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, the sides noted with satisfaction the intensive development of the dialogue between the two countries, in particular in the political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian fields.

In this regard, the need was noted for the exchange of delegations between the relevant agencies of the two countries, as well as the mutual participation in international events involving business circles.

The parties also discussed the development of cooperation in the field of education; in particular, the expert skills of Tunisian universities on teaching the literary Arabic language were mentioned.
