AMBASSADOR EXTRAORDINARY AND PLENIPOTENTIARY OF TURKMENISTAN PRESENTED COPIES OF CREDENTIALS TO THE MFA OF THE KINGDOM OF BELGIUM

On August 29, Ambassador Olivier Belle, Director of Protocol of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Belgium, met with Sapar Palvanov, newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Kingdom of Belgium.

During the meeting, Olivier Belle congratulated the Ambassador of Turkmenistan on his appointment to this responsible position and wished him success in his diplomatic activities. 

The parties considered important aspects of cooperation in the political and diplomatic, trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres. The positive experience of cooperation was discussed separately, as well as the importance of mutual support for international endeavors and initiatives within the framework of competent regional and international organizations, in particular the UN, the EU, and others.

At the end of the meeting, S.Palvanov presented copies of his credentials and stressed that he would make every effort to further expand Turkmen-Belgian relations.
