MEETING OF AMBASSADOR OF TURKMENISTAN WITH MINISTER OF STATE FOR FOREIGN AFFAIRS OF PAKISTAN

On June 2, 2022, Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Pakistan A.Movlamov had a meeting with newly-appointed
Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Mrs. Hina Rabbani Khar.

During the meeting, the parties exchanges views on a number of areas of bilateral and multilateral relations, especially in the sphere of energy, trade, transport and others.

The Ambassador briefed honorable State Minister on the implementation and progress of the joint large projects, such as Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan-India gas pipeline, Turkmenistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan power transmission line and fiber-optic line projects, which are strategically important for our countries.

Mrs. Hina Rabbani Khar highly appreciated the level of bilateral cooperation between Turkmenistan and Pakistan and expressed full support for the realization of large-scale joint projects that are aimed at further development of regional and international cooperation meeting long-term interests of two friendly states.
