EEAS Secretary General met with Central Asian Ambassadors

Today, EEAS Secretary General Stefano Sannino met with the Ambassadors of the Central Asian countries in Brussels at the lunch table.

The informal meeting gave the parties an opportunity to discuss issues related to regional cooperation between Central Asia and the EU in such areas as transport, environmental protection, digitalization of the economy and, of course, regional security.

The Turkmen Ambassador, in turn, calling these areas a priority for Turkmenistan, voiced the positions of the country's foreign policy aimed at deepening regional cooperation in these areas.
