Chairman Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov takes part in the Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States

Today, the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Milli Gengesh of Turkmenistan, at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, as an honorary guest, is taking part in the Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States in Samarkand.

Consistently and steadily implementing a peaceful foreign policy based on its neutral status, sovereign Turkmenistan is actively developing a constructive dialogue with partner countries not only in a bilateral, but also in a multilateral format, including on the platform of major international organizations.

Turkmenistan regularly participates in meetings of the leaders of the Turkic states, during which new effective approaches to building long-term cooperation based on the best traditions of friendship and good-neighborliness between fraternal peoples are developed.
