Presentation of the book of the President of Turkmenistan "Swift step of race horse"

On April 22, 2016 in the conference hall of the International University for the Humanities and Development of Turkmenistan there was a presentation of a new book by President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov "Swift step of race horse", released on the eve of the Holiday of the Turkmen Horse.

The ceremony was attended by the members of the diplomatic service of Turkmenistan, heads and representatives of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in Turkmenistan, representatives of public organizations and academic institutions of the country, the teachers and students of a number of higher educational institutions, representatives of the media.

In the new work of the Head of state, it was summed up researches of many years, thoughts, historical and literary information. It reflects the author's deep knowledge of national traditions of horse breeding, as well as a huge reservoir of folk wisdom, which found expression in proverbs, sayings and aphorisms on this topic.

Participants of the presentation emphasized the huge role of the President of Turkmenistan in the study and enhancement of the global fame of the legendary "heavenly" horses, which became an invaluable asset of the Turkmen people and all mankind. In this regard, it was noted that President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov is a true connoisseur of horses, the founder of the International Association of Akhal-Teke horse breeding, elected in 2010, as its director. Pursued by President of Turkmenistan the state policy in this area is aimed at creating favorable conditions for the effective development of horse breeding and, above all, to preserve the value of the phenomenon and the Akhal-Teke breed as a unique phenomenon of world culture.

The book “Swift step of race Horse”, which was published in Turkmen, Russian and English languages, differs by large information capacity of content, depth and accessibility of the material.

At the end of the presentation, the participants congratulated the leader of the nation with the release of a new book and addressed to distinguished President the wishes of new success in his multifaceted activities in the country's prosperity, happiness and well-being of the people.
